This character is from a StarFox game and has no significance to the story line whatsoever. Rare chopped up a game they had previously made and almost finished for Nintendo and was ordered to replace the main character Sabre with Fox. Turned Krystal from a cat into a fox. And made Andross magically appear at the end as the true mastermind behind (insert original name here) dinosaur planet being ripped to shreds. Why he would want to do this and for what purpose I have no idea. That being said, the creators, soon after were bought out by Microsoft and were dismantled slowly and painfully. Or died, not sure which.
